Terms of service
These terms govern your use of whatshepictures.com (the website) and the purchase of artwork from What She Pictures (ABN 59 654 155 610), an independent fine art practice operated by Connie Chan in Sydney, Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. Confirmation of an order does not constitute acceptance, and orders may be declined or cancelled at any time before dispatch, with a full refund issued. Reasons for declining or cancelling an order include, but are not limited to, pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency of the country selected at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you will pay. Depending on your payment provider, additional fees such as foreign transaction fees may apply. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is required at the time of order.
Reasonable care is taken to ensure prices are accurate, but errors do occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, the order may be cancelled and refunded, or the corrected price offered.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your delivery address and contact details. Orders that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate information are subject to the terms outlined in the Shipping Policy.
