Shipping policy

 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. An order confirmation email is sent shortly after your order is placed.

Orders are shipped to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Estimated delivery times (working days from when your order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays):

  • Australia: 3-7 working days

  • New Zealand: 8-12 working days

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 working days

  • United States: 5-8 working days

  • Canada (unframed prints): 5-8 working days

  • Canada (framed prints): 11-17 working days

Tracking All orders ship with tracking. A tracking link is sent to your email when your order is dispatched. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments, depending on stock and production location, each with its own tracking link.

Customs and import duties Most orders for customers in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States are produced and shipped domestically, and no customs duties or import taxes apply. In rare cases an order may be fulfilled from a different region, in which case customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival.

Some orders for customers in New Zealand and Canada may incur customs duties or import taxes, determined by your local customs office.

Where these charges apply, they are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

If a customer does not pay customs duties or import taxes on arrival, the order may be returned, held, or destroyed by customs. No refund will be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs charges.

Delivery address Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping cost. If you choose not to have a returned order re-shipped, a refund may be issued, less the cost of original shipping and any carrier return fees.

On delivery Please inspect your order on arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging, document it with the courier where possible, as this strengthens any subsequent claim.

Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@whatshepictures.com with your order number. Orders are considered lost after the following:

  • Australia: 14 working days

  • New Zealand: 24 working days

  • United Kingdom: 14 working days

  • United States: 14 working days

  • Canada (unframed prints): 14 working days

  • Canada (framed prints): 32 working days

Orders confirmed lost in transit, following investigation with the courier, will be replaced free of charge or refunded in full. Once an order has been recorded as delivered by the courier, it is considered received. Loss, theft, or damage after delivery is not covered by this policy.

Lost-in-transit claims must be raised within 30 days of the order being considered lost (per the timeframes above). Claims raised after this window cannot be honoured.

Peak periods and disruptions Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, public holidays, sale events) and during circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, courier disruptions, customs delays, or natural disasters.

Unfulfillable orders In the rare event an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternative arrangement.
